I found him in PINK on two different accounts. I even had to switch rooms 5 times on one account before he asked for gems that I had to trade.
I did have a problem once where somebody posted that he was in a certain color and I could not find him. I logged out of webkinz and then back in and he was in the zone.

Naughty doug, in room 1 he gave me kc on 2 accounts and on another one I got kc. Boo hoo.
