Popcorn, you aren't the only one. Half the time I can't even get my phone to connect. I called Ganz yesterday, they told me that sometimes your IP doesn't have all their ports open. She advised that I call and ask them to open ports #80 and #21 or ask them to open all ports. That may work well at home, but its not gonna fly at work!

I'm having those same issues, some of the time. I turn on the phone on one account, go to another to turn its phone on or to another window, and when I come back to the first screen, the phone is off again. Sometimes that happens 2 or 3 times before it stays on. I don't know what to do about that except to keep trying. (Note to self: Stop waiting until the end of the hour to find Doug!!! )
As for the blue screen when switching rooms, I have had that a lot, too. I can usually avoid it by going back to the newspaper screen instead of clicking "Switch Rooms." Try that, popcorn--I know that's an extra step from the usual, but it's better than having to log out, log in, turn your phone on (2 or 3 times!!??), switch color zones, go back to the clubhouse, etc. . . I hope it works for you, too!
